Cancellation policy

The tenant may cancel the booking at any time, however the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 0% of the total rental price. Cleaning fee will be refunded.

Cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival, or in case of no-show: 100% of the total rental price. The cleaning fee will also be charged in full.
