The entire accommodation is a non-smoking studio. An ashtray is available on the balcony.

The general house rules must be observed. These are displayed in the foyer.

The tourist tax per person per night must be paid in cash at the accommodation. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt.

Babies and toddlers up to and including 3 years of age stay free of charge, but must be registered when booking.

A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request.

The sofa bed will only be prepared if required.

The consumption of illegal drugs as well as parties or excessive noise in the accommodation is strictly prohibited.

The studio is located in a holiday apartment complex, therefore consideration for other guests is expected.
